Paletas with Dole Frozen Fruit

  • For the Banana Pineapple and Coconut Paletas:
  • 3/4 cup DOLE frozen banana slices
  • 3/4 cup DOLE frozen pineapple chunks
  • 3 ounces coconut milk
  • 2 ounces DOLE pineapple juice
  • For the Strawberry Peach, and Banana Paletas:
  • 1 3/4 cup DOLE frozen mixed fruit
  • 1 cup liquid such as water or mango juice
  • For the Pineapple and Strawberry Paletas:
  • 1 cup DOLE frozen pineapple chunks
  • 1 cup DOLE pineapple juice
  • Tajin chile seasoning optional


  1. In a blender or cup with hand held blender, add the juice or water, than add the frozen fruit. Blend until smooth. Pour into molds, and cover with lid. Insert popsicle sticks, freeze at least 4 to 5 hours or overnight.
